125-135K base plus bonus
We are seeking a visionary to lead our organization’s digital transformation. This innovative thinker will need to be able to go beyond software architectural vision. Our role will require someone to combine their own hands-on digital migration skills along with an ability to collaborate with the rest of the software engineering team, and then effectively communicate those plans up and down the organization. Because of the responsibility of leading this 12-person team, this role will require this person to be located on site at their manufacturing and distribution facilities.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a Computer Science field
- 7+ years of Software Engineering
- History of leading a successful team
- Experience with some of the following tools: JavaScript, Python, .net, Java, jQuery
- AWS Cloud developer, IBMi, Microsoft Azure certifications a plus
- Microsoft Azure DevOps also preferred
- ERP implementation and migration
- API development a plus
- Ability to work with and communicate with cross-functional teams
