Our client is a ~ 150-year-old, global manufacturing company with revenues over $1 billion. Demand for their products produced at their Little Rock facility is growing and the plant is expanding.
In this role you will lead the deployment, implementation and management of the on-site Opex plan. This includes defining the appropriate metrics, expectations, programs, procedures and management systems to drive improved productivity in operations.
Following are the requirements needed to be considered for this opportunity:
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 10 – 15 years manufacturing experience in Operations, Process Improvement, CI Management
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
- Past experience as a Process Engineer
- Experience in a Continuous Flow 24/7/365 processing manufacturing plant.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement and Lean tools (PDCA, DMAIC, Lean Manufacturing)
- Extensive knowledge of productivity metrics / processes.
- Plant Capacity and throughput
- Product yield and quality
- Improvement of cost structure
- Energy systems
- Workforce optimization
Compensation in the low to mid $100’s. Relocation Assistance available. Client is NOT willing to sponsor a US Work Visa.
