Our client is part of a + 100-year-old well established global manufacturing company. This facility is experiencing incredible growth. Their products are in high demand, they lead their industry and they do not have much competition. Their products are environmentally friendly and completely natural and organic. The parent company has made significant capital investments in the facility. This is a very high profile, high visibility position. In this role you’ll report directly to the Plant Manager as a critical part of the plants Leadership Team. You’ll be responsible for the tactical and strategic HR function of this 200 person, highly automated plant.
We’re looking for a BS degreed professional with at least 8 years of HR Management experience in a manufacturing plant, and who is currently employed as an HR Mgr. Stable work history (no job hoppers). Union experience preferred. Experience in a chemical processing plant preferred or similar continuous 24/7/365 type facility.
Base salary will be in the low $100’s, plus bonus and profit sharing. Relo assistance is available.
