Upper $100K’s/Low $200K’s Plus Bonus & Incentives

Our client is one of the oldest manufacturing companies in the US. They have been recognized as being one of the best managed companies in the country. Their business has been consistently growing for the last several years (even during the Pandemic). The plant you would be managing set new revenue records last year and is on track to top that this year. The parent company has made significant capital investments in the facility as product demand continues to increase.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be currently employed as a Plant Manager in a Chemical Processing facility. Ideally, we’re seeking someone from the: health and beauty aids, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food processing, (but not meat processing) or similar industries. We’re not looking for someone from the oil and gas industry. Your experience in a complex, complicated, continuous processing, chemical environment is what we’re after. Experience at companies such as: Dow, DuPont, BASF, Albemarle, Kemira, LyondellBasell, Mosaic, Westlake, Corteva Agriscience would be a plus.

Other requirements include:

• BS – Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar technical degree.
• An MBA is preferred.
• +10 years related industry experience with at least 3 years’ experience as a Plant Manager.
• Stable work history (not a lot of recent job changes).
• Should be familiar with: cGMP, CPG, PSM.

Leadership skill sets we are looking for are a participative leadership style, demonstrated success at developing next generation of leaders, change agent, turn around experience, establishing and achieving KPI’s. There’s some low hanging fruit and this could be your opportunity to be a superstar.

Compensation will be in the upper $100’s to low $200’s for the right person. Bonuses and incentives can be an additional 50%. Relocation assistance is available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa at this time.
