We couldn’t be more pleased to announce the merger of Management Recruiters of Rogers, AR with a long-time partner office within our franchise community, MRT (Management Recruiters of Tallahassee). Founded in 1996 and 1987 respectively, our firms have had a 25+ year collaborative relationship supporting the manufacturing sector as our core specialization. The relationship between us, as owners, is real – respect & trust and both have the same level of commitment to our clients and candidates.
The MRT leadership team is committed to investing in technology, improving business processes and has a larger team in place than Rogers had, to ensure the ratios of client to recruiter support remains focused and individualized. MRT has agreed to honor legacy agreements & pricing. Some of the faces may be new to you, but they are not new to bringing the best of the best to our client base. As the legacy owner of the Rogers, AR location, Al will stay on board in a Process Assurance / Staff Advisory role and make himself to any of his transitioning client base, as well as the team in Tallahassee to ensure a seamless transition and continued quality.
