Management Recruiters of Rogers, Inc. (“Management Recruiters of Rogers, Inc.,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (the “Mobile Messaging Terms”).

By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Program Description

We may send both promotional and transactional mobile messages through the Program.

Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include:

  • Special offers
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Other promotional content

Transactional Messages

Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing relationship or transaction and may include:

  • Maintenance notifications

By participating in the Program, you agree that we may send messages regarding the topics described above.

We will not share your mobile phone number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

While we do not charge for messages sent through the Program, you are responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your mobile carrier. Standard SMS and MMS rates may apply.

User Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number, you voluntarily opt into the Program and consent to receive recurring text messages at the number you provide, even if that number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call registry.

You represent and warrant that:

  • The mobile number you provide is valid.
  • You are the owner or authorized user of that number.

If your mobile number changes or you are no longer the owner or authorized user, you agree to promptly notify us by:

Participation in the Program is voluntary and does not require the purchase of any product or service.

User Opt-Out & Support

You may opt out of the Program at any time.

To stop receiving text messages, reply with any of the following keywords:

  • STOP
  • QUIT
  • CANCEL
  • OPT-OUT
  • UNSUBSCRIBE

to the number from which you received the message.

You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed, including a one-time confirmation of your opt-out request.

You acknowledge and agree that this is the only reasonable method for opting out.

If you wish to rejoin the Program in the future, simply sign up again as you did previously.

For assistance, reply HELP to any message you receive from us.

Our messaging platform may not recognize modified versions of the commands listed above. You agree that neither we nor our service providers will be liable for failing to honor requests that do not comply with these Mobile Messaging Terms.

We reserve the right to change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Program. If we do so, we will notify you. You acknowledge that requests sent to a discontinued number or short code may not be received, and we will not be responsible for failing to process such requests.

Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability

The Program is provided on an “as is” basis and may not be available:

  • In all geographic areas
  • At all times
  • Through all mobile carriers

You agree that neither Management Recruiters of Rogers, Inc. nor its service providers shall be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any mobile message or information transmitted through the Program.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any of its features at any time, with or without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also amend these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon posting to our website.

You are responsible for reviewing these Mobile Messaging Terms periodically. Continued participation in the Program after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
