Owner and General Manager Al McEwen is uniquely qualified to understand client expectations. With over 17 years as a Human Resources professional in manufacturing, he has sat on both sides of the recruitment process. Few other search firm managers have comparable, on-the-floor HR experience.

Before founding Management Recruiters of Rogers, Al worked for manufacturing companies including International Paper and Cooper Industries, staffing many plant start-ups.

As his office’s chief recruiter, Al specializes in all aspects of manufacturing management such as Plant Management, Human Resources Management, Engineering and other technical professionals, Plant Accounting, Materials Management and Quality Assurance for key account clients in Northwest Arkansas,  across the USA and around the globe.

Besides placing technical and professional talent from coast to coast in the US, Al has filled client search assignments in International locations as well.

Al earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration, majoring in Human Resources Management, from the University of Arkansas.  He is a 10th generation Arkansan and a second generation professional recruiter (Al’s Mother, Anita, was a recruiter in the 1960’s and 1970’s when Al was a child.)
