Tori was born and raised in central Arkansas and relocated to NWA in 2016 to finish pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the Fulbright College of Arts & Sciences at the University of Arkansas. Her background in sales and customer service combined with her expertise in communication make her a perfect fit for her role as Project Manager. Her focus in building personal relationships with candidates and catering to their specific needs set her apart from others in the industry. Her easygoing personality makes her easy to communicate with and offers a sincere listening ear. She thrives on building connections and takes pride in having her candidates’ best interests at heart. She believes every candidate should be presented with the opportunity to advance their career in the industry that they love.
