  • You will recruit, screen and qualify candidates for open positions. 
  • You will quickly learn how to work within our established recruitment process which includes significant telephone time, to find and qualify candidates.  Those who master this position will progress to Sr. Search Consultant and then Senior Account Manager with an even more robust compensation opportunity. 
  • Take personal responsibility for your success and use the tools provided to build your business.
  • Average no les than 30 business conversations per day and 3 hours phone connect time per day.
  • Learn to utilize our applicant tracking system and maintain thorough and real time notes on all communications
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute in training sessions, role playing presentations and strategy sessions.
  • As a member of our award-winning team, you will be eligible to win extravagant trips to exotic destinations.  Our next major trip is to Jamaica in the Caribbean!


  • Four year Bachelor’s Degree   
  • One or more years of inside sales/B2B Market Development experience to include telephone cold calling experience.
  • ~ 2 years or more Manufacturing Plant experience.
  • Previous recruiting experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to demonstrate advanced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Internet research skills are required. 
  • Ability to demonstrate effective professional business communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively via telephone
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to demonstrate energy, passion and enthusiasm
  • Ability to multi-task, work well with others, reliable and dependable work ethic, and ready to generate above-average income!


  • Competitive Bonus plan and base salary and unlimited income potential based on individual job performance (Typical first year compensation ranges from $45 - $60K, second year from $60 - $75K, third year and afterwards personal income can (should) exceed $100K) Our Senior Account Executives earned over $100K last year!)
