Our client is a medium sized, very well established, US based manufacturing company. We are looking for an experience Production Manager to run their evening shift. Normal work schedule starts at 3;00 pm and works Monday thru Thursday nights with overtime worked on Friday afternoon, if necessary (so you usually get a 3 day weekend every week and at least a 2 day weekend every week). You would have ~ 30 direct reports. Production leadership in metal fabrication and assembly is much preferred. Base salary is $70k, plus bonus.
