Our client is a global, multi-billion dollar manufacturer and they are rapidly expanding their Flagship plant in Arkansas. Chemical plant environment experience could also include having the title of Process Engineer in industries such as paper mills or refinery.
- BS – Chemical Engineering
- 8 or more years of Process Engineering experience in a chemical processing plant.
- Experience with process mapping, digesters, ATH precipitation, boiler and cooling towers, familiar with PLC Controls, powder processing, etc.
- Soft skills must include: Strong communications skills in English, emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills.
50% of the work day will be in the plant, solving processing and mfg problems. (We’re not looking for a desk jockey). Little to no travel required. Close collaboration with Project Engineering, Operations Leadership, Maintenance technicians and Operators.
Job reports directly to the Director of Process Engineering of North America.
Base salary will be in the low $100’s, plus bonus and plus profit sharing. Earning potential will be over $150k. Great benefits and relocation assistance provided. Company is not willing to sponsor a US Work visa.
