Our client is a + 100 year old global manufacturing company with multiple mfg facilities in the US. Their Arkansas operation is their flagship plant and is about to start a 5 year capital expansion project. The company is growing fast. The person who comes into this high visibility role will have ample opportunity for career advancement. We know the client well. We’ve placed multiple professionals with them. They tell us they love working there and that the company has a great work culture. The plant has a full time EHS Manager, so HR Manager will be able to focus on HR.
The HR professional we’re looking for will have a BS degree with + 5yrs of recent HR Management experience in a manufacturing plant. Non-union and union experience preferred. You will have HR responsibility for the Arkansas plant as well as a smaller satellite plant located out of state.
Base salary will be in the low $100’s + bonus + profit sharing and the company has a very good relocation program.
