Our client is a nation-wide mfg company that has been designing and building automotive components for over 100 years. They have been a consistent client of ours for over 10 years. We have built a good relationship with them and we know their business and work culture well. The people we’ve placed with them over the years tell us they love the family style work environment there. They are located in a medium sized town in Kansas with low crime, low taxes, low cost of living, good schools, not much traffic and high quality of life area.
They have hired us to help them find a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their Process Development Engineering Team. We are looking for someone with a BS-Engineering degree and at least 5 years’ experience design and building automated industrial manufacturing equipment. CAD systems experience (SolidWorks preferred), GD&T, DFMEA, Stack up analysis, Cpk, Ppk, Gage R&R.
Salary = $85 – 95k, plus bonus and company provided health care benefits and matching 401k. Relocation assistance available. Client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa.
