- BS Engineering degree preferred
- Plus 5 or more years combined experience in Mfg Plant Maintenance Supervision and as a Process / Mfg Engineer.
Our client was founded over 50 years ago. They are a US based, medium sized company that does all their mfg in the US. Their plant in AZ is a continuous 24/5 mfg processing plant. They are still owned by the same family and have been experiencing exponential growth. In fact, they have never had an employee layoff during their 50 + year company history. The position reports directly to the Plant Manager as part of the Plant’s Leadership / Management Team. We’ve placed a number of people with this client over the last 10 years. They all tell us years later how much they love working there due to the great work culture that exists within the organization.
Starting base salary will be $100 – 115k plus bonus, great benefits and relocation assistance is available. (However, client is not willing to sponsor a US work visa at this time).
